2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To process your "Signals" through our behavioral frameworks and generate creative strategy insights.

• Platform Improvement: To analyze how users interact with our OS to fix bugs and develop new features.

• Benchmarking (Anonymized): We may use de-identified, aggregated data to create industry-wide insights (e.g., "Average motivation scores in the Health & Wellness vertical"). This data never identifies you, your brand, or your specific customers.

3. Data Processing Role (GDPR/CCPA)

• Tether Insights as a Processor: When you upload data regarding your customers (the "Signals"), you are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and share that data with us.

• Tether Insights as a Controller: We are the Data Controller for your Account Data (e.g., your login and billing info).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us run our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors).

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and integrity of our platform.

We retain your Account Data for as long as your account is active. Client-Provided Signals are retained until you delete them or terminate your subscription. Upon termination, we provide a 30-day window for data export before permanent deletion.
